How does Real work?

That’s up to you. We recognise that every person that comes to us is different. Each person has different skills, experience and goals for the future. So a fixed solution isn’t the answer…

The REAL™ process is not a “one size fits all” process that you’ll often find in other coaching companies. We do have structure to our coaching programmes, but before we even begin to help you, we identify what your problems are and what you want to achieve.

Only by getting to know you and what success will be for you, can we deliver Real and lasting results. Here’s what you can expect from the REAL™ process…

What we do -

We spend some time together where we listen to your challenges. This consultation is FREE, as this is your chance to work out if we are right for you. If you’re happy, we propose a way forward and start putting your coaching or mentoring plan together.
How do we work?

Together, we work out what help you need. If you are struggling for direction in your work, we often find that you could be struggling for direction in your personal life too. We address both with our unique Personal Coaching and Spiritual Counselling programmes.
What will you get?

Results of course! But “Real” results that are meaningful for you! This is the only factor that counts – real improvements, real progress and real success, all achieved “your way”. We help you face up to your challenges and support you as you grow.
